Kate brings over 20 years of experience working within Financial Services, including 13 years at Morgan Stanley. During her time at MS, a key role was leading the Equity HR Business Partner team, where she sat on the European Equity Operating Committee. Kate learned first-hand the challenges senior executives face in leading and growing a competitive and fast-paced business, managing multiple stakeholder relationships, whilst bringing their people with them. ​

Whilst at MS, Kate also supported leaders in the Talent Development space, setting up an internal coaching practice for Managing/Executive Directors. As well as 1:1 coaching, she led the design and facilitation of high potential leadership programmes and team coaching interventions, focusing on developing clear vision and strategy, increasing team/group capability and communication, and working on organisation transition and change. ​

Through her pragmatic and commercial approach, use of practical tools, methodology and belief in the individual, Kate creates an environment that supports sustainable change and growth. Kate’s style is challenging whilst grounded with warmth and humour.​

The key themes she enjoys are relationships with complex stakeholders, driving performance in the individual and the team, career transitions and progression, developing authentic leadership, female leadership, self-confidence, resilience, work/life balance and well-being. ​

Kate gained her coaching qualification through the Barefoot Certified Business and Personal Coach programme and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a Hogan, MBTI and Strengths Deployment Inventory Psychometric Practitioner. ​

In addition to her core competency in investment banks, asset management and private equity, Kate has worked across multi nationals and start-ups with experience in coaching C Suite, Managing Director and Executive Directors.​
