Victoria Bouix is an executive coach with Aesara Partners who works with senior executives and their teams in a multi-cultural environment. Based in Paris Victoria is of Swedish origin and has lived and worked across Europe, the US and the Middle East. Her typical assignments involve coaching senior professionals and their teams to help improve agility, resilience and collaboration that leads to sustainable growth. ​

Before becoming a full-time executive coach Victoria worked 15 years for large global organisations including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and L’Oréal where she held leadership positions on country, European and global level. Across her personal experience as an executive, both as a client-serving management consultant as well as in HR transformation roles, she has become intimately familiar with the ambiguities facing senior leaders navigating under pressure and in highly complex business environments.​

Victoria has experience from a large variety of industries including the legal sector, banking and financial services, aerospace, energy, pharmaceuticals, luxury and manufacturing. With a systemic lens she helps her clients explore dysfunctional patterns and to develop healthy dynamics in ways that build confidence and achieve significant results in their unique environments. ​

Victoria has a Master’s degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology from HEC, as well as a BA in Psychology and a BSc in Business Administration from State University of New York. She is a 2002 graduate of the INSEAD Coaching and Consulting for Change programme and has served as an executive coach for INSEAD Executive Education for the past ten years in programmes such as the Global Executive MBA and the Advanced Leadership Programmme. Similiarly, Victoria regularly works as an executive coach for a number of additional business schools including HEC, ESMT Berlin, ESSEC and EDHEC. She also teaches leadership as part of the PT MBA programme at St Gallen University in Switzerland.​

Currently Victoria is pursuing a programme at the Tavistock & Portman Institute focused on a systemic-psychodynamic approach to coaching. A member of The International Society for the Psychological Study of Organisations, ICF, EAWOP and the Association for Coaching she is engaged in regular individual and group supervision. Victoria works in Swedish, English and French.
