Bonnie is a seasoned executive coach based in Hong Kong and China. She coaches senior executives and leaders often undergoing role transition i.e. from Regional to Global, promotion to CEO Role, Succession Planning. Clients are mainly Chinese executives in China and Hong Kong working within international organisations (Banks, Finance, Auctions, FMCG, Cosmetics, Food, Electronics, Consulting, Mining, Manufacturing, Car Industry), helping them develop their leadership and working closely with stakeholders to facilitate a more interactive environment for the individual.

This enables them to be better able to sustain change and any adjusted outlooks and behaviours, supported by their stakeholders, thereby enabling positive and effective momentum. She does this in both Mandarin and Cantonese, and has also coached using fluent Japanese. She supports leaders to expand capacities from self to Self, to influence others to perform the best in their corporations and communities. Her approach to coaching is listening to the unspoken, raising one’s greatest self-awareness by inspiring their self-exposure on the blind spots and challenging one’s limiting belief, providing safe space for defining clarity on the intention, maximizing one’s vision and action in complexity and uncertainty situations.

Bonnie’s work experience spans over twenty years of diverse corporate services experience having worked in major multi-national organizations in the areas of manufacturing, trading, also in government commercial sector. She has had the opportunity of extending and combining her corporate experiences with her coaching practice where she adds greater value to her clients. She is also a part-time lecturer of Corporate Coaching course at the University of Hong Kong (HKU SPACE).

The first IAC-CC certified coach from Hong Kong, and the first there to achieve the IAC’s MMC (Master Masteries Coach) accreditation. She has served as the Director on the Board of Governors of International Association of Coaching (IAC) and been President of its Hong Kong chapter. One of the first-batch coaches in Asia, Bonnie is the founding member of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC), was elected as President in 2005/6 and is actively involved as the Honorary Advisor to the community. Bonnie is accredited to administer the Harrison, Strengths and Soundwave Assessment Tools. Bonnie is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, UK. On top of this, Bonnie also undertakes supervision and CPD with the Master Mind Group and supervisor coach David Wong. Bonnie is certified to use Harrison, CliftonStrengths, Soundwave and Emotional Intelligence at Work. She has over 200 hours with Senior Executives.
